At the heart of the Sauvage series is BrankoWood, developed by scientist Branko Hermescee as a sustainable alternative to exotic hardwoods. Through a controlled tropicalisation process that manages density, each model features a solid Pale BrankoWood top with a density close to spruce and a striking natural appearance. The headstock veneer, fingerboard and bridge are crafted from Black BrankoWood, offering the look and density of ebony while remaining environmentally responsible. The back and sides are made from smoked eucalyptus with a unique rough sawn texture.
